Our Executive Coaching and Life Coaching services are bespoke and tailored to the client, meaning no two sessions are the same. However, we can provide an insight into example packages that many courses are built around. The session lengths and timescales can be tailored to suit you and your needs.
“Be more tomorrow than you are today”
This is a one-day development programme designed around a questionnaire that is completed in advance. The client will spend a day working on themselves through a guided programme with a coach at an agreed location (usually away from the office. Clients have requested the beach, a hotel/retreat centre, or national park as a location. Utilising nature and fresh air as far as possible only adds to the whole day.)
Clients typically follow a transformation day with ad hoc coaching. This is also a great way to kick off a Transformational Coaching engagement where appropriate.
Ad Hoc Coaching Sessions
Available for any client on an ongoing basis after their initial engagement. Ad hoc coaching is ideal for those that can not commit to regular sessions and want a more flexible and adaptable approach to becoming a stronger and more engaging leader. These sessions are great for clients with specific or more immediate issues, with dates and durations decided by the client.
Sessions usually take place every 2 weeks and are 1 – 1.5 hours in duration. However, this can be adapted to suit the individual client needs. These sessions are great for individuals that have specific issues or want to work on themselves rather than getting teams involved.
Engagement Through Line Management
Sessions are usually around 2 hours and run for 6 weeks, however this can be adapted to suit the client/business needs. These sessions are ideal for individuals that are fairly senior within the business structure but may be new into the role, or experiencing changes such as a new team or a new business structure. The Line Manager involvement in these sessions can be as much or as little as the business requires and how the Line Manager wishes to participate will be agreed in the initial meeting. The Line Manager may give feedback to the Coach via telephone or email throughout the programme.
These sessions usually follow a 4-6 session programme focusing on the agreed topic/goal. This however can be adapted to suit the needs of the client. Each Performance Coaching session will focus on developing this skill / competence to become a stronger, more engaging leader. Telephone and email support is provided throughout the engagement.
Performance Coaching sessions are usually focussed on competence/behaviour. For example, issues could include communication, self conflict or state management, etc. The sessions aim to overcome these challenges, increasing performance and thought to change.
Transformational Coaching sessions are typically 2 – 3 hours and the rhythm of sessions depends on the client. It ranges broadly from weekly, two-weekly, or monthly.
Transformational Coaching is focused at a deeper level and works on belief systems, values, deeper self awareness, mindsets etc. The outcome is client led and each session may be on completely different topics that are not defined at the start of the engagement. Clients typically engage for a period of 6 months to 2 years, depending on their individual situations. The client agrees in blocks of 6 sessions and reviews of the coaching is offered after every 4 sessions into each block of 6. Where the Transformational Coaching continuation or completion is reviewed and agreed. Telephone and email support is provided throughout.
